I have a love/hate thing with tech death but this album is chock full of compelling guitar work. It’s by far the band’s best effort and the production is improved as well. Nice acoustic moments and solid vocals.

It's like if Suffocation had current-day Immolation production with the thick sound that's slightly round at the edges. This is high quality death metal, performed and recorded well.
